Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 August 2026

The short version. VOUIP helps you prepare titles, tags and descriptions before you post. It does not post for you, your platform passwords never pass through it, and it does not touch your video files. What you publish, and what happens to your accounts on other platforms, remains yours.

  1. What this agreement covers

    These terms govern your use of VOUIP, covering the website, the web application and the browser extension. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service. Write to support@vouip.com to be given the full identification of the operating entity.

  2. You must be 18 or older

    VOUIP is intended for adult content creators and is available only to people aged 18 or over. Creating an account is a declaration that you meet that condition. We close accounts we learn belong to minors.

  3. What the service does, and what it deliberately does not do

    VOUIP is a preparation tool. It lets you write and organise the metadata around a video: titles, tags, descriptions, categories, publication schedule. It also helps you fill in the upload forms of the platforms you post to.

    Three limits are built into the product, not chosen as policy:

    • It does not publish for you. There is no automatic posting. You open the platform, you review, you submit. The browser extension fills a form in a tab where you are already logged in; nothing is sent anywhere without your action.
    • Your platform passwords never pass through VOUIP. We never ask for them, and there is nowhere in the tool to enter them.
    • It does not host your videos. Your files stay on your machine.

    We describe this as assistance, never as automation. The rules of each platform apply to you directly; see section 10.

  4. Your account

    You give an accurate email address, you keep your password to yourself, and you tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account. Each account is strictly personal: do not share your login details or your password. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

  5. Beta phase

    VOUIP is currently in open beta: anyone may create an account, and the service is free for everyone until 31 October 2026. That has consequences you should know about: features may change or disappear, interruptions are possible, and the service is provided as-is. What is still moving is the feature set, not the protection of your data: the measures described in the Privacy Policy are already in place and running today, and beta status does not lower them. We may end the beta or change its scope, and we will tell you before doing so, including if we extend it.

  6. Price and payment

    The service is free until 31 October 2026. No payment method is collected and nothing is charged during that period.

    When VOUIP becomes a paid service, we will publish the commercial terms here, the price among them, and give you notice before any charge. Nobody will be billed without having first accepted those terms. Payment will be handled by a specialised payment provider; depending on the arrangement, that provider may be the seller of record, in which case its own terms will govern the sale itself and these terms will continue to govern your use of the service.

  7. Cancellation and refunds

    Not applicable while the service is free. The cancellation and refund terms will be published here together with the commercial terms described in section 6, before any payment is taken, and will respect the withdrawal rights granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence.

  8. What you may not do

    You may not use VOUIP to prepare or organise:

    • content involving minors, in any form whatsoever;
    • content published without the informed consent of every person appearing in it;
    • content you do not have the rights to, or for which you cannot produce the necessary releases and age documentation;
    • content that is illegal where you are or where it will be published.

    You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the service, attempt to extract its database wholesale, or use it to attack, overload or circumvent the systems of any platform. These prohibitions have no exceptions and breaching them ends your access immediately.

  9. Your content stays yours, and stays your responsibility

    You keep whatever rights you hold in what you write in the tool. We claim no ownership over it and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

    The other side of that: you are responsible for what you publish. VOUIP prepares text; you decide what to do with it and you press the button. We are not a publisher of your content and we do not review it.

  10. Third-party platforms

    The platforms you post to are not our partners: we have no agreement with them and no influence over their decisions. Their own terms of service apply to you directly, and it is up to you to respect them.

    If a platform changes its upload form or blocks assistance tools, part of the service may stop working; we will fix what we can, when we can.

  11. Our rights over the tool

    The software, the interface, the extension and the databases we build (platform tags, category structures, posting rules) belong to us. Your account gives you the right to use the service, not to copy it, decompile it, or rebuild a competing product from it.

  12. Copyright complaints

    If you believe content prepared through VOUIP infringes your rights, write to support@vouip.com with enough detail to identify the content and the right you hold. Note that we do not host videos: complaints about published material generally need to go to the platform hosting it, which is where the content actually lives. We will act on what is within our reach and point you to the right place for the rest.

  13. Availability and limits of our liability

    We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of defects. Maintenance, incidents and third-party outages happen.

    To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us over the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses: lost revenue, lost audience, or the suspension of an account on a third-party platform.

    Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited.

  14. Ending the agreement

    You may stop at any time. Your settings contain a button that deletes your account and everything in it, immediately and without going through us.

    We may suspend or close your account if you breach section 8, if you put the service or other users at risk, or if we are legally required to. Except where the breach is serious enough to require immediate action, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

  15. Changes to these terms

    We may amend these terms as the service evolves. For any change that materially affects your rights, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and you will be free to terminate without penalty before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version. Corrections that do not change your rights take effect on publication. Each version is dated, and earlier versions are available on request.

  16. Governing law and disputes

    These terms are governed by Belgian law.

    If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of your own country, and you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts where you live. For everyone else, the courts of Belgium have jurisdiction.

    Before going to court, please write to us; most things are quicker to settle by email.

You prepare your video once, the tool pre-fills the title, tags and description on each tube. You stay in control: nothing goes out without your approval.
